Each year Carolina Women+ in Tech (CWIT) confronts the topic of confidence, career, negotiation, and equality for women+. This year we brought together a panel of some of Charlotte’s most inspiring leaders who are paving the way for women in tech. Learn more about the state of equal pay in 2022, negotiation tactics, how to act in order to build your confidence muscle, and get inspired by our slate of panelists’ stories.
