About Lady Tech Charmers

How we got started

All based in Charlotte, North Carolina three women came together through mutual networks in the tech industry. We all have a passion for entrepreneurship as well as empowering people to learn and utilize technology.

From coffee meetings to podcast episodes, networking events, and video conferences we decided we needed a voice, especially in the south for the advancement of leadership and tech for women and girls.

In 2016 we began to lay the groundwork for our women in tech podcast and in June 2017 Lady Tech Charmers was born.

Caitlin Sellers Castevens

Digital Therapist

Caitlin provides digital sales and marketing therapy to in house teams, agency leaders and entrepreneurs. Caitlin will take your deepest digital woes and give you the tools to solve your problems and maintain a clean bill of online health.

In her free time you can find her in Plaza Midwood with her dog Oliver, a local kombucha in one hand and forkful full of barbeque in the other. Oh and she can twirl a mean hula hoop!

Paula Okonneh

Podcast Extraordinaire

Paula works with entrepreneurs and professionals who want to create a complete and sophisticated business profile online. Whether it is a mobile-ready website or interview style podcasts, Paula can customize any services to meet your needs.

When she is not working with entrepreneurs and professionals, you can find her listening to Wharton Business Radio, cooking and spending time with her family.

Dr. Sharon Jones

Your favorite teacher!

Sharon is a self motivated, out of the box thinker who brings real life business problems into the classroom and teaches real life technological solutions to those problems. Teaching is her passion! Teaching technology and technological concepts so that everyone has a chance to be successful technologists and is her drive.

When she is not teaching, she is spending time with your family, enjoying the Lake or baking!
