About Our Speaker
Gloria Styles
VP of Talent Development and Talent Acquisition at AvidXchange
Gloria has worked in Human Resources for over 15 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her work. Gloria holds BA and MA degrees in Psychology. She has worked in Human Resources for both large and small organizations and is passionate about driving business outcomes with a human centered approach. She is certified in coaching EQi-2.0 and currently pursuing her ICF-ACC coaching certification. Gloria cares deeply about people, human behavior, and the connection to workplace performance.
