Morning Workshop

oneteam leadership

Without intention and attention, it can be easy to become disengaged and burned out.

To help alleviate this from occurring, OneTeam Leadership has created a unique program called Thriving in Chaos.

This highly interactive program is designed to help participants restore their energy and learn how to thrive in chaotic environments.

Carolina Women+ in Tech has been collaborating with OneTeam Leadership to serve our members and community with a workshop to facilitate personal and professional reflection paired with accountability and action.

Inspired by the feedback of the past annual workshops, we have turned this experience into a full-day summit.

Keynote Speaker

Developing leaders & leadership in today’s ever-changing post-pandemic social climate requires intentional & strategic efforts that educate & empower. For women in tech specifically, the impact of strategic management, inclusive practice, & a diverse approach to business, leadership, customer, and community-based service is paramount to the success of thriving & innovative learning communities, businesses, and corporations and the organizations that support them. In order to focus on creating new norms & habits that hold equity at the center of its framework for overall professional success and personal fulfillment, women in tech must focus on engagement and achievement to navigate and prepare for the 22nd-century
