About This Event
A practical conversation about growing from an individual contributor into a technology leader—often before the title, authority, or organizational structure catches up. This session explores how women can build credibility, advocate for themselves, navigate ambiguity, lead through influence, and recognize when their responsibilities have outgrown their role on paper.
Bio: Michelle Sebeth is a technology operations leader with more than 15 years of experience in managed services and enterprise IT. She currently leads global Managed Services operations at HighPoint, overseeing a 24×7×365 organization supporting complex enterprise environments across networking, infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity.
Her career has evolved from customer-facing service delivery into global operational leadership, with a focus on building high-performing teams, modernizing service delivery, developing emerging leaders, and using automation and AI to transform how technology organizations operate. Michelle is particularly passionate about creating opportunities for women in technology, developing talent beyond traditional career paths, and helping professionals build the confidence to lead before they have the title.
Engage. Educate. Empower.
Let's celebrate, support, and build each other up.
