This November, Carolina Women+ in Tech invites you to an evening that reminds us what true connection and impact look like. CWIT Cares: Community & Giving Back is more than a service event, it’s a moment to pause, come together, and pour compassion into our community.

Join us for a 2-hour service social filled with purpose, laughter, and meaningful conversation as we assemble care kits for local women’s philanthropic organizations. You’ll meet incredible women in tech, form new friendships, and experience firsthand how collective kindness creates real change.

We invite you to bring Soap Bars, Toothpaste, Toothbrushes, Floss, Deodorant,  Shampoo, Conditioner, Pads, Tampons (Any Size), Lotion and other women’s hygiene items. We’ll provide all the bags needed to build the kits. Every item you pack will go directly to support women in need across our local communities.

This year, we’re also introducing an Impact Board, a beautiful space to capture the moments, reflections, and shared gratitude we create together. Write a message, leave a note of encouragement, or celebrate a moment that moved you. Each word will stand as a reminder of the collective difference we make when we show up for one another.

Whether you’re new to CWIT or a familiar face, this is your chance to be part of something that matters. Together, we can make giving back feel joyful, meaningful, and deeply human.
