About This Event

What if you could feel grounded even when your environment is constantly changing? For most people, the challenge isn't capacity or competence. It's knowing where to direct your energy when everything’s important and next steps aren’t completely clear.

This interactive session introduces the Sustainable Focus model, a practical framework for individuals and teams to reclaim agency in uncertainty. You'll learn how to identify what truly deserves your attention, take meaningful action with incomplete information and use small-scale experiments to make your way forward. You'll discover that “not knowing” isn’t a weakness to overcome. It’s a neutral space you can navigate with confidence, leading to faster decision-making and less burnout.

You'll leave with concrete tools to increase your impact in complex situations and build the mental resilience to rise through change—not by doing more, but by moving forward with steady footing and a clear aim.
