Are you focusing on everything and everyone but yourself? Learn how to take care of YOU so you can can show up as your best self in all areas of your life. In this interactive workshop led by Marta Oddone, Holistic Health Coach and CWIT Mentorship Program Lead, we will discuss:

The early warning signs of common women’s health issues that may be preventing you from performing or advancing in your career and life, like chronic fatigue, stress, hormonal dysfunction, anxiety and depression
Some of the possible underlying causes and the societal pressures unique to women
How to nourish yourself so you can feel more balanced and at ease

You’ll come away with tips for making positive, healthy lifestyle changes and you’ll create a personalized roadmap to help you get started!

About Our Speaker

Marta Oddone

Owner, Wellness with Marta, LLC, and Senior Inbound Marketing Specialist, Clariant Creative Agency

Marta is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Owner of Wellness with Marta, which provides holistic health coaching to women who want to create consistent, healthy habits.

She has also worked in marketing for over 12 years and is currently a senior strategist at a HubSpot Platinum partner agency.

She serves on the board of Carolina Women in Tech and leads the mentorship program for the Charlotte, NC chapter. Her personal mission through each of these roles is to empower women to take control of their health and happiness so they can live a more energized and balanced life!
