AvidXchange is teaming up with OneTeam Leadership and Carolina Women in Tech to host an interactive roundtable focused on identifying and developing your leadership skills in times of uncertainty and unrest.

Many successful people are mentors, coaches, and are overall responsible for their team’s development. However, it’s easy to overlook developing yourself while you are so busy addressing matters that require immediate attention. In times of great uncertainty, such as right now, developing your leadership skills has become urgent. Without intention and attention, it is too easy to let the current circumstances unduly drive how you live and lead.
