Each year Carolina Women+ in Tech (CWIT) confronts the topic of confidence, career, negotiation, & equality for women+. After a pandemic pause, we are excited to bring this shared experience both in person and virtually for access to some of Charlotte’s most inspiring leaders who are paving the way for women+ in tech.

We are always looking for volunteers for events, community initiatives, & our leadership committees. Get more details about volunteering.

• April 20 is our first, official session of an exciting, nine-month CWIT mentorship program. Applications are being accepted through April 30, apply today.
• May 6 is our next virtual Tech Nook 12p-1p. Topic & registration info coming soon.
• Save the Date for October 18 for our annual Thriving in Chaos Summit with One Team Leadership,  coming to AvidXchange this fall. You don’t want to miss this hybrid event (in-person & online).  Registration coming soon.
