We know it's been a tough few weeks for all of us and we hope you're giving yourself time to rest and recharge over the upcoming long weekend. This is your friendly reminder that taking care of your mental and physical health is not selfish, it is critical to be able to show up for others.  

If you can, try sneaking in an extra couple hours of sleep, taking a relaxing bath, or doing something fun that's just for you! Even just a quite moment to take some deep breaths will do wonders to reset your mind and body 💜
