THE SCOOP

November 2022 Newsletter

Hi friend,

With the holidays fast approaching and wrapping up the year at work, it's a hectic time of year! Despite the frenzied work, cooking and shopping I hope you get a moment to yourself where you can reflect on the year and evaluate what's next.

The 2022 LeanIn Women in the Workplace study states that corporate America is in the midst of a "Great Breakup". At unprecedented numbers, women leaders are leaving their companies and demanding a more equitable, supportive and inclusive workplace. Whether you're looking for a new job or just starting out, having an up to date resume is important. Our Mentorship event this month does just that! I hope you can join us (tomorrow!) on November 16th for our Resume Refresh workshop where we will work together on refreshing your resume - and you'll get some tips and tricks on what employers look for. We hope to see you there!

All my best,

Marta Oddone,
CWIT Board Member & Technology Committee Lead
